Knowledge Management & Training Specialist, Trust & Safety Ops

Vinted, UAB

Job Description

As a Knowledge & Training Specialist, you will support operational teams by developing knowledge and learning solutions that help people perform effectively, adapt to change, and confidently apply operational processes in their day-to-day work.

Depending on business needs and your assigned focus area, your responsibilities may lean more toward knowledge management, operational enablement, or learning and development. You will work across the full knowledge lifecycle: identifying needs, developing solutions, supporting implementation, and continuously improving knowledge and learning experiences based on operational insights and stakeholder feedback.

This role is well-suited to an independent, proactive specialist who enjoys solving problems, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and driving improvements that positively impact operational performance.

We are currently looking for several Knowledge Management & Training Specialists to join our Commercial Policy & Catalog, Brand Authentication, and Risk & Policy KMT teams.

The Commercial Policy & Catalog KMT team focuses on managing and developing knowledge and training related to commercial policies and catalog processes, ensuring specialists have the expertise and resources needed to make accurate decisions.

The Brand Authentication KMT team focuses on managing brand-related knowledge and training, ensuring specialists have the expertise and resources needed to make accurate decisions.

The Risk & Policy KMT team focuses on onboarding and continuous training, as well as developing and driving training initiatives related to policies, processes, and operational changes.

  • Identify knowledge, learning, and communication needs by analysing operational challenges, business changes, stakeholder feedback, and performance insights.
  • Design, develop, and continuously improve knowledge and learning solutions that support onboarding, capability building, operational readiness, and continuous learning.
  • Support the implementation of process, policy, and business changes by ensuring teams have the knowledge and resources needed to adapt successfully.
  • Collaborate with SMEs, Quality, Operations, partner teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and align priorities.
  • Drive assigned initiatives from planning through implementation by coordinating stakeholders, managing dependencies, and ensuring agreed actions are delivered.
  • Translate operational insights, learner feedback, and business needs into practical improvements that enhance knowledge, learning, and operational effectiveness.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing knowledge and learning solutions and recommend improvements based on feedback, adoption, and business impact.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements across knowledge management, learning practices, and team ways of working.

Requirements

  • You take ownership of your work and independently drive tasks, initiatives, and improvements from identification through implementation.
  • You proactively identify opportunities for improvement rather than waiting for direction, and you are comfortable taking initiative to solve problems.
  • You can navigate ambiguity, gather missing context, analyse complex situations, and make well-reasoned recommendations.
  • You effectively prioritise your work, balancing business impact, urgency, dependencies, and changing priorities.
  • You communicate clearly and proactively, building effective relationships with stakeholders across different teams and functions.
  • You are accountable for the quality, accuracy, and impact of your work and understand how it contributes to operational success.
  • You actively seek, provide, and apply feedback, continuously improving both your work and your collaboration with others.
