I am Remco Jansen and I am leading the Customer IAM team in Telia Global Services Lithuania. With over 500 team mates in IT, network, analytics, software development, procurement, HR and finance operations, we are the Telia Company‘s competency hub working with cutting-edge technology to ensure group digitalization agenda across Nordics and Baltics.
At Customer IAM we take care of development and operations of Telia’s systems and services for end-user authentication and authorization. Right now, I am looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer in Vilnius.

In this role you will contribute to our future identity and access management (IAM) solutions with a team of dedicated colleagues. Together you will make sure we are operating and modernizing our business critical services without a glitch. You’ll be part of a modern development organization where we embrace new technologies and ways of working and where we value transparency and collaboration. Telia aims to become a new generation telco and our IAM capabilities are a cornerstone in the execution of this strategy.
Who are you?
You are highly motivated and passionate about your work - your work is as much about inspiring and leading others as well as driving change. You have a strong engineering background and significant hands-on experience with development and operations in complex IT environments. You can easily shift between different viewpoints and have the ability to see important technical details while being able to keep the helicopter perspective in mind. You stand up for your principles but know when you need to be pragmatic.

We offer a monthly base salary from 3150 to 4870 EUR GROSS plus annual bonuses, depending on your competencies, your and Telia results. Additionally, each Telia Global Services Lithuania employee receives additional employee benefits package which includes:
