I am Martynas Ničajus head of Telia Service Assurance an Operations department. Currently I am looking for ambitious and forward-thinking person to lead Service Delivery Managers team. It is a fantastic opportunity to join a team of experienced professionals that I am very proud of.

Your next challenge?

This is a senior role within our company for a professional who is experienced in unifying business and ICT (Information and Communications Technology) services. You would be running Service Delivery Management team - supervising and reporting the quality and contractual terms of ICT services provided to Telia’s key clients.

Our customers are very demanding and used to proactive and innovative services, so I am looking for a person who can think outside the box and is passionate in tailoring new ways of doing business. Together with customers your team will define the roadmap of various services additions. Your team will tightly collaborate with Telia’s sales organization, by suggesting and driving new service implementations made together with technical experts. To be successful, your team and you will be closely working with various internal operations teams and external partners to add exclusive value for our customers and generate long term profitable relations.

Your personality:

Solid Leadership track and Managerial skills;
Ability to perform and establish contacts across all levels of organization;
Comfortable to work in fast changing/complex environment and ambition to make a difference in your area;
Positive attitude, high motivation and problem-solving skillset.

Your experience:

Have at least 4 years in providing ICT services;
Experience in Project Management, Service delivery Management or related field;
Good understanding of IT and business processes;
Fluent in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken).
