Lease Manager

• Lead negotiations with clients, partners, suppliers, and regulatory authorities regarding infrastructure leasing terms;
• Oversee the lease agreement portfolio and ensure smooth contract continuity;
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with leasing partners;
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to develop effective negotiation strategies;
• Prepare and coordinate commercial lease proposals, contracts and other agreements.

• Higher education in Law, Business Management, Telecommunications or Communications;
• 2-3 years of experience in negotiations, lease contract management, or business development;
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills;
• Good command of English, written and spoken;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Driver’s license.
