Job Description

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of contracts and agreements (mainly construction, production, supply & services contracts) in Lithuanian and English
  • Drafting, reviewing and replying to claims and complaints
  • Advising project teams about contracts, compliance, risks, etc.
  • Assistance in development and implementation of company policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks
  • Keeping up-to-date with legal practice and industry regulations

Requirements

  • University degree in Law
  • At least 3-7 years of work experience as a lawyer (construction experience – big advantage)
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations and effectively multitask
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple and complex tasks
  • Proficiency in English and Lithuanian, including written and verbal communication skills (a must)
  • Skills in time management, prioritization and deadline handling
