Joining the Global Entity Management & Internal Group Legal team, you will work across a wide range of corporate legal matters, internal legal processes, and cross-border coordination. The role includes responsibilities related to Lithuanian, and when required, Latvian and Estonian clients, collaborating closely with the Senior Lawyer and Group Legal Counsel.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced international environment, enjoys both client-facing and document-heavy legal work, and is ready to take ownership of processes with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
GEM Responsibilities:
Operations
Ensure accurate and timely submission of documents to local authorities with minimal supervision.
Prepare and manage GEM-related documents, legal agreements, and reports.
Organize meetings with clients and third parties; maintain strong relationships and identify opportunities for improved collaboration.
Maintain internal administrative tasks (invoicing, client lists, project tracking).
Implement efficient administrative procedures within your responsibility areas.
Prepare legal documentation and reports with little supervision.
Coordinate GEM tasks for Latvian and Estonian clients when required.
Compliance
Identify out-of-scope services and escalate them to the appropriate reporting line.
Stay updated on changes in corporate legislation.
Identify inconsistencies or missing documentation from clients.
Actively propose improvements, efficiencies, and share best practices with the team.
Ensure work is completed in full compliance with company standards and procedures.
Clients
Draft correspondence to clients and authorities; prepare draft responses to client queries.
Participate in operational meetings with client representatives.
Support business development efforts and relationship building with existing clients.
Ensure clients submit required information on time and in the correct format.
Internal Lawyer Responsibilities:
Review contracts and letters signed by the Management Board.
Review and participate in negotiations of client contracts.
Represent the company in disputes with clients, employees, and other parties.
Correspond with client representatives, external legal or tax advisors, independently or in consultation with senior team members.
Prepare transaction-related documents (loan agreements, amendments to articles of association, POA-related documents, etc.).
Support annual audit processes and provide required documentation to auditors.
Draft Management Board resolutions.
