Job Description
As a Market Representative
You will be the driving force behind our success in Lithuania. Your role will be diverse and exciting, encompassing the following responsibilities:
Establishing (HUPPA Lietuva) department, organizing and leading the daily workflow. The tasks include:
- recruitment of personnel;
- company registration in Lithuania (HUPPA Lietuva);
- opening of an offline outlet store with an office and a wholesale sample showroom (search for premises etc.);
- market analysis and budgeting;
- management of inventory, assets, and finances.
B2B WHOLESALE in Lithuania.
Daily communication with partners and search for new collaborators.
Organizing B2C sales in the Lithuanian online store, including customer service, technical, and linguistic supervision.
Coordinating marketing activities to enhance brand awareness in the Lithuanian market.

Requirements
- You have been in a similar position before. You have a strong background in B2B and B2C sales and outstanding skills in communicating with customers.
- Specialist-level knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
- Analytical mindset, passion towards the industry.
- Digital media skills, also experiences with e-stores.
- You are a fan of HUPPA's products and share our values.
- You are fluent in Lithuanian and English.
