Overview of role and responsibilities:

• You will provide administrative support for Vilnius Site Legal requirement’s Committee to help ensure site compliance with laws and regulations as well as with risk management processes and procedures.
  
• You will help Corporate Counsel to drive the site’s compliance management program, including training employees and performing audits when needed.
  
• You will help to improve and support the site contract management system and ultimately integrate or migrate it into global contract lifecycle management system.

Detailed responsibilities:


• 3600 Review of all site processes and procedures using a compliance management system to ensure that the company complies with all regulations and ethical standards.
  
• Manage information flows by researching, recording, and analysing data and information.
  
• Lead “smart” compliance control and monitoring tool implementation (Infolex atitiktis).
  
• Act as contact person and the project manager of the Vilnius Site Legal Requirement’s Committee.
  
• Train and educate responsible employees so that they are informed of any legal changes and updates to compliance guidelines.
  
• Help to conduct regular audits to determine whether policies are compliant with the local laws and regulations.
  
• Ensure compliance with established corporate contract review policies and procedures.

• Law degree is an advantage
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints.
  
• Proactive engagement with stakeholders.
  
• Fluency in English with excellent written and oral communication skills. Other language skills are also advantageous.
  
• Strong time management skills.
  
• Legal and/or compliance experience, including training others in compliance, ethics, and other related matters would be advantageous.
