Job Description

Based at: Bangų g.22A, Klaipėda
Hours of work: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm
Alternative work hours: during winter saving time Monday – Friday 9am – 3pm
Start: January 2nd, 2018

Responsibilities:
• Direct communication with third party logistics service providers in Lithuania and internationally;
• Managing all transportation of goods for the Lithuanian office;
• Supervise the unloading of the vehicle and making sure that products have arrived safely or ensure to process carefully all case of damage;
• Monitoring all international shipments and preparing all required documentation to secure fast work of the foreign warehouses;
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints;
• Provide all possible assistance and resolve quickly all ad-hoc duties;
• Ability to multitask and work with number of various documents;

Requirements

• University degree, preferable in Business Administration, Logistics, Finance or any other related field;
• Very good verbal and written skills of English, Russian and Lithuanian languages;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel;
• Work experience- preferable, but not necessary;
• Extremely high attention to the details;
• Ability to work individually most of the time, however, needs to be team player as well;
• Very fast learner, who is not afraid to take responsibility and his/her own initiative.
