• organization and coordination of shipments between Italy and Baltic countries;
  
• quoting rates for clients;
  
• cooperation with external and internal stakeholders, including clients, suppliers of transport, colleagues;
  
• route optimization;
  
• preparation of customs documents;
  
• work with accounts receivables;
  
• keeping records in corporate information system.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree (economics, logistics, management):
  
• Minimum 2 years work experience in freight forwarding, supply chain management;
  
• Excellent communication skills in English, Italian and Russian, both verbally and written.
  

SKILLS

• Strong initiative skills, working both independently and as part of a team;
  
• Result-oriented and self-motivated approach;
  
• Negotiating skills.
