Are you passionate about creating memorable events and delivering exceptional guest experiences? We’re looking for a Meetings & Events Sales Coordinator to join our sales team at Hilton Garden Inn Vilnius City Centre!

About the Role: As a M&E Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing event inquiries from initial contact to post-event follow-up. You’ll work closely with clients to ensure seamless planning and flawless execution of meetings, conferences, and private events, while maintaining Hilton’s high standards of service.

Main Responsibilities:

Handle meeting and event inquiries and bookings via phone, email, and in-person
Prepare event proposals, contracts, and function sheets
Liaise with clients and internal departments to coordinate all event details
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business
Maintain accurate records and databases
Assist in achieving departmental sales targets
Support the wider sales team with administrative tasks when needed

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in hospitality, event coordination, or sales is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of hotel booking systems is an advantage
Fluent in Lithuanian and English (both spoken and written)
