RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure smooth daily functioning of the office, including ordering stationery and supplies, and maintaining overall office organization.
  • Maintain documentation and basic document preparation as required.
  • Manage calendar and scheduling for the Market Leader.
  • Coordinate business travel logistics including booking flights, accommodation, and itinerary planning.
  • Oversee office brand image, including branded goods and internal communication materials.
  • Provide administrative support to the accountant: upload invoices to ARIBA, create purchase orders (POs) for facilities, office supplies, and one-time vendors.
  • Assist in organizing client-facing events and webinars: venue coordination, catering, registration, technical setup, branded materials, and follow-up communication.
  • Manage client invitations, reminders, registration tracking, and post-event feedback and communication.
  • Coordinate mandatory health check-ups as part of the Health & Safety Policy.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in office administration or client support roles.
  • Native Lithuanian, very good English
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience with ARIBA or other procurement platforms is an advantage.
  • Event coordination experience (in-person and virtual) is preferred.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
