Marketing and Communications Manager

We are looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager to strengthen Kaunas FEZ's international visibility and support investment attraction initiatives through strategic marketing and business communication.

Working closely with the Sales team, you will create compelling marketing materials, coordinate communication across digital channels, and help present Kaunas FEZ to prospective investors, business partners, and international delegations. This is an opportunity to take ownership of marketing activities in a dynamic environment where your work will have a visible impact on business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve the company website and digital communication channels.
• Develop marketing materials, presentations, commercial proposals, and other content for prospective investors and business partners.
• Support the Sales team with tailored marketing collateral throughout the investment attraction process.
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns that strengthen Kaunas FEZ's international visibility.
• Create engaging content for the website, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
• Prepare reports, statistics, and presentations to support business development activities.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives with external partners, including Invest Lithuania, Kaunas IN, and creative agencies.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communication materials.

• Educational background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience or internship in marketing, communications, journalism, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong presentation, copywriting, and content creation skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to develop expertise in a unique and highly specialized field.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely within a small team.
• A proactive mindset and motivation to build long-term expertise.

Nice to have

• International experience gained through work, studies, or volunteering.
• Familiarity with Invest Lithuania, Kaunas IN, or Lithuania's investment ecosystem.
