Marketing Coordinator

 We are looking for a self-driven individual to join our team as a new Marketing Coordinator to work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts and needed materials with broader business goals.Your main responsibilities will include collaborating on the planning and execution of marketing campaigns in the Baltics across diverse channels, such as digital, audio, print, and social media. You will also assist in creating engaging marketing materials, including copywriting, translations, visuals, and multimedia elements, which involves coordinating the creation of language-specific materials.Digital marketing will be part of your job, including maintaining and updating Hesburger’s websites for the Baltics to ensure timely and relevant content. Additionally, you will develop newsletters to support promotional activities and communications. Managing social media accounts for Lithuania and contributing to the company’s online presence will also be among your duties.The role includes administrative tasks such as monitoring and managing company signage permits in Lithuania, ensuring timely renewals.

• Strong Communicator: Confident with excellent interpersonal skills, able to inspire and collaborate with the design team to bring campaigns to life.
• Passionate About Food: A genuine enthusiasm for food and its role in marketing.
• Creative Eye: Strong sense of design and creativity.
• Computer skills: Good computing skills (Microsoft 365); InDesign, or Photoshop skills are a plus.
• Language skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Lithuanian and English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
• Social Media Savvy: Experienced in social media channel management and content creation for social media platforms.
• Highly Organised: Skilled in managing and completing tasks efficiently, accurately, and within deadlines.
