Job Description

Implement and develop marketing (mostly digital marketing) strategy in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia;

Provide end-to-end marketing project management, suggest new projects;

Analyse and report on project/campaign results, present and quantify performance, findings, and insights.

Work with social networks and develop other digital marketing channels;

Collaborate with others to design, develop and implement digital projects;

Supervise, coordinate and lead the marketing team.

Requirements

Experience in digital marketing (not only hands-on, but in strategic and project management level as well);

Project management skills;

Good understanding of Google Ads and Google Analytics, Facebook Ads;

Understanding business needs;

Communication and time management skills (as well as the ability to delegate tasks);

Very good English skills;

Analytical, initiative and result oriented person, who is constantly learning and strives for improvement.
