Job Description

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Power Platform Engineering Team and help us expand our in-house software development capabilities.

We are forming a new internal Power Platform Engineering Team to develop business applications and create new solutions. Our primary goal for the next few years is to create a custom corporate solution for public procurement management using technologies such as .NET 9, React, PostgreSQL and OpenShift.

We are looking for experienced professionals to guide us from a technical perspective. If this sounds exciting to you, we would be happy to welcome you to our team!

Take YOUR part in #EnergySmart!

You will contribute to the creation of a green and secure energy ecosystem by:

  • Contributing to the development of robust corporate products and their related system integrations, ensuring the team creates solutions that are easy to maintain, scale, and further develop or refactor;
  •  Supporting continuous improvement by investigating new alternatives and technologies (new features, capabilities, tools, etc.);
  • Working closely with team members to design and implement the product roadmap;
  • Helping colleagues grow – performing code reviews, offering constructive challenges, and fostering a collaborative environment. We expect you to be a good team player and friendly to work with;
  • Resolving incidents and introducing relevant tools to ensure smooth operations;
  • Actively participating in all Agile Scrum activities and ceremonies.

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of experience developing .NET applications and related integrations;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, C# .NET for integrations, and React for enhanced UI experience. We expect you to be proficient with this stack and potentially expand on it;
  • Ability to collaborate with Product Owners to break down business requirements into work items, understanding the scope, complexity, performance, security, and other aspects of solution development;
  • Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD, particularly GitLab, JIRA, and Confluence. We expect you to be able to use these tools and possibly extend the list further;
  • Knowledge of databases, especially relational databases like PostgreSQL and MS SQL;
  • Experience with testing practices.

Advantageous if you:

  • Have experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps;
  • Have experience with front-end technologies, particularly React;
  • Have experience with web-based solutions;
  • Have experience with ORM frameworks such as EF Core or Dapper.

Additional Information

  • A benefits package to choose from: pension accumulation, health insurance, or another benefit from the selectable benefits list in the MELP application;
  • Additional paid days for health improvement, short-term illness, volunteering, and accumulated work experience;
  • A hybrid work model (3+2) with flexible working hours;
  • Internal career opportunities;
  • Extensive learning and professional development programs;
  • A mentorship-based culture designed to facilitate meaningful, value-driven work;
  • Participate in the ongoing energy transformation process to create a 100% green and secure energy ecosystem for both current and future generations.

Join a growing and increasingly international team of energy smart people united by a common purpose. We all play our part in creating a 100% green and secure energy ecosystem for current and future generations.
