Job Description

- General management and upkeep of the office;

  • Liaison with vendors and conduct purchases and procurements
  • Assure safety and security in the office including security plans

- Coordinating business travels and events;

  • Reserve hotels and book tickets for team travels
  • Maintain travel log book and travel requests
  • Administer travel invoices

- Administering HR files

  • Keep record of personal files, including sick leaves and holidays
  • Administration and archiving of invoices, contracts and similar.

- Providing administrative support to the team.

Requirements

  • University/College degree or a last year student;
  • Minimum 2 years work or volunteer experience in similar positions
  • Fluent in Lithuanian, working knowledge of English and Russian;
  • Computer skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook);
  • Good organizational skills;
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural, international team.

Company offers

Salary range: 800 EUR – 1000 EUR in hand (net)
