Job Description

Our client – an international company, which provides natural-based products and solutions to agronomic and horticultural challenges facing producers across the globe, also helps farmers feed the world, raise healthy plants and animals, and protects the environment through nutrition and scientific innovation, currently in Kaunas is looking for Office Manager – Accountant. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee office administration and customer service activities: sales / warehouse orders, personnel and other documentation;
  • Manage relationships and documentation with vendors / suppliers / service providers;
  • Ensure high level of sales service and support including inventory management, problem solving inside / outside company, logistics, transportation and etc.
  • Carry on different accounting and bookkeeping activities: daily accounting procedures according the process flow, supplier and customer invoice accounting and control, assisting in preparing statutory reports (VAT, PIT, statistical etc.) and other.


  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Bussiness administration or similar;
  • At least 2 - 4 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English;
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge (experience in MS Dynamics AX would be considered as a big advantage);
  • Responsible, accurate, and result-driven;
  • Also good organization and problem solving skills, ability to manage deadlines, orientation to customer needs; teamwork, a friendly and positive attitude with great communication skills;
  • Wilingness to learn new things.
