The Omnichannel Customer Experience Consultant will develop and implement omnichannel strategies, integrating personal and virtual touchpoints to enhance customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Design OCE campaigns in partnership with Marketing, Medical, and PRA, following the Lilly OCE framework.
- Maximize the reuse of existing materials and localize regional best practices.
- Develop compliance guidelines for virtual channels in collaboration with Legal and Regulatory, and ensure their implementation.
- Drive tactical plans to achieve KPO and business objectives, and define the success criteria for campaigns and tactics.
- Partner with CEE IDS for the local implementation of new OCE capabilities.
- Establish measurement and tracking plans to maximize the effectiveness of the OCE mix.
What we're looking for:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in digital marketing roles preferably within pharmaceutical companies or consultancy agencies.
- Language: Upper-intermediate English (B2 level) or higher.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, leadership capabilities, the ability to influence without direct authority, effective communication, efficiency in virtual cross-functional teams, and computer literacy.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Additional Requirements: Strong knowledge of digital communication, project management skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
