1stopVAT offers automated tax compliance solutions for clients all around the globe. We are working with Amazon sellers, well known digital services providers, and with some non-profit projects which we think could keep our earth more sustainable and environmentally friendly.

Right now, we have over 800+ clients in our hands.

What You Will Do

Assist in managing the VAT registration process within the organization;
Collaborate with external partners and tax authorities to support successful customer registration;
Review and validate client documentation for VAT registration;
Set up portal accounts based on clients' needs;
Work closely with colleagues across the organization to ensure smooth onboarding.

What We’re Looking For

Higher education degree in Business Administration or related field;
Fluency in English is mandatory;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Fast learner;
Teamwork and cooperation skills.
