Operational Excellence Sales Consultant

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identify opportunities for process standardization and automation of manual workflow, defining key initiatives
• Lead process automation and robotization projects (from planning to implementation) together with the IT
• Communicate and engage with all organizational levels across different functions to ensure successful project implementation
• Research and initiate adoption process automation innovations and technologies
• Measure and analyze KPIs to evaluate process effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
• Actively promote best practices, standardization, and operational excellence throughout the sales organization

We expect you have:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or any related field
• Fluency in business English
• Analytical skills & strong problem-solving focus
• Presentation, negotiation and communication skills
• Continuous improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness focus
• Flexibility and ability to think outside the box
• IT and automation expertise (wished/ not mandatory) 

• Attractive salary package: base salary from 2400 EUR/month (gross, based on the qualifications and experience), along with an attractive bonus system comprising yearly bonuses and a 13th salary
