Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing daily cards operations and transactions
  • Processing and investigating of transaction errors
  • Communicating regarding customers‘ cards with the different cards’ providers and related 3rd parties
  • Ensuring cards related issues are resolved quickly and efficiently and if needed escalated
  • Investigating of transactions inquiries
  • Providing data on cards KPIs
  • Producing cards reports
  • Interacting and communicating with other units to ensure smooth and effective operation
  • Participating in the continuous improvement process
  • Dealing with exceptional requests for customer satisfaction
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management
  • Assisting with the development, implementation, and maintenance of cards products and infrastructure

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Solid understanding of the cards infrastructure, processing and operations
  • Experience of cards processing, investigations and fraud prevention
  • Quality orientation, accuracy and attention to details
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Understanding of Mastercard and VISA products
  • Responsibility for reaching own and the team’s objectives
  • Customer focused
  • Proactive learner
  • Excellent command of verbal and written English
  • Experience in a similar Cards position
