As part of our team, you will:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers worldwide
  • Understand customer needs and together with engineering teams translate them into clear technical and commercial proposals
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from first contact to contract signing
  • Represent WOP and our laser technologies in industry events, meetings and calls
  • Track opportunities in CRM, prepare offers, and follow up to move deals forward
  • Contribute to WOP’s growth by helping turn advanced technologies into successful customer projects and lasting success

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Technical engineering or physics background.
  • Proactive approach and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
  • Good organizational skills, attention to details.
  • Good communication skills in English - both spoken and written.
