About the project:

As a Payment Manager, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and overseeing all financial transactions and managing relationships with payment providers and taking care of our payment systems. Your responsibilities will involve checking transactions, optimizing payment processes, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless payment experiences for our customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating new payment providers or systems to enhance our payment infrastructure.

 

Your key responsibilities:

  • Manage new and existing relationships with payment partners.
  • On-board new payment methods and/or new payment partners.
  • Coordinate the launch of new Payment Methods/PSPs between Payment/Risk/CS/Product/Finance/CRM Teams.
  • Ensure all payment-related channels are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Optimize financial performance by selecting optimal routes for payments.
  • Effectively handle queries related to payments.
  • Create and manage payment reports.
  • Collaborating with different teams in order to handle customer complaints or other issues that might be raised.
  • Research and evaluate new payment providers, technologies, and systems in different countries to stay updated with industry trends and innovations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new payment providers, banks, and financial institutions.

Requirements

Your expertise to meet the requirement:

  • Experience in FinTech or iGamig company
  • Profound knowledge of payment processing
  • Strong data analysis, analytical skills, and close attention to detail
  • Project management skills
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • A proactive and ‘can do’ approach
  • Good organisational, communication skills and ability to efficiently manage workload
