What will you do?

• Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, satisfaction, and motivation;
• Constantly seek improvements and drive changes;
• Identify training needs and design training programs for managers; 
• Analyse HR data to discern trends and make decisions from that analysis;
• Assist managers in handling team-related matters, resolving workplace issues, and providing HR policy guidance;
• Manage complex situations with colleagues when it comes to it;
• Create an employee experience worth sharing.

• Previous work experience in the HR field or a similar role (especially in fast-growing companies);
• Knowledge of HR functions and procedures (e.g. pay and benefits, labor law, performance review, training, and development);
• Strong sense of ownership and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities;
• Empathetic skills — the ability to deal with different concerns and listen to people is highly valued here;
• Problem-solving and strong organizational skills;
• Friendly personality with a can-do attitude;
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
