Your responsibilities:

  • Calendar management
  • Meeting and workshop organization
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Travel arrangements & travel expense management
  • Compiling presentations
  • Placing IT hardware orders with ServiceNow
  • Solving problems on demand
  • Administering SOM - Sales Operating Model - channel on Teams

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong English language skills
  • Good MS 365 Office knowledge
  • Strong time-management and organization skills
  • Proactive, solution focus attitude
