PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION EXPERT (DATA PROTECTION OFFICER) (F/M/D)

We are looking for the colleague who would join our team as Personal Data Protection Expert (Data Protection Officer) and help to ensure compliance with General Data Protection Requirements (GDPR) on Group level.

Your key areas of responsibilities will be to:

• Form a unified personal data protection policy of the group of companies implementing the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation and related legal acts;
• Ensure the implementation and control of the personal data protection process at the level of the company group;
• Participate in the development and implementation of compliance tools;
• Advise on personal data protection issues;
• Develop a culture of personal data protection in the group of companies, perform personal data protection trainings;
• Cooperate with the State Data Protection Inspectorate and other institutions on personal data protection issues;
• Act as data protection officer (DPO).

• University degree (preferably - in the field of law);
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of personal data protection and knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);
• Strategic and analytical thinking;
• Interest in IT systems and digitization;
• Ability to independently organize activities, work in a team, combine different interests;
• Good working skills in MS Office basic applications;
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills in both Lithuanian and English languages.
• Working experience in the corporate organization would be an advantage.
