Job Description

o   quality designing, administration and control of the insurance products under the person’s management

o   performing the required activities to achieve the sales, technical result and profit plan of the insurance products under the person’s management in line with the strategy of BALCIA

o   advising departments’ employees on UW topics

Requirements

o   higher education. Higher education in medical field would be considered beneficial

o   3 year work experience in insurance, preferably as risk underwriter and/or in insurance product sales

o   good English language skills, Russian language  would be considered beneficial

o   good computer skills

o   accuracy and high sense of responsibility

o   negotiation and interpersonal skills

o   analytical thinking

o   big ambitions and result orientation
