• Design, build, and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused features and improvements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Contribute to system architecture, technical design, and engineering best practices.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve application performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to raise engineering standards.
• Continuously improve development processes, tooling, and documentation.

• Strong PHP experience and solid command of OOP principles and design patterns
• Comfortable writing unit and integration tests as part of your normal workflow
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SQL, and at least one ORM
• Familiarity with message queuing (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar)
• Experience with Docker and containerized environments
• Understanding of microservice architecture
