Job Description

An ambitious and creative thinker, who has extensive experience in Paid Search Marketing owning significant marketing budgets. You also thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve impactful results.

  • Lead and guide the strategic direction of the PPC Team, overseeing multiple projects
  • Set and communicate project direction, procedures, reporting and QA guidelines, while considering project goals, timeframe, resources, complexity level, and risks
  • Ensuring top-notch standards for PPC management processes and deliverables
  • Take ownership of the team's OKRs
  • Analyze campaign data to measure effectiveness, ROI, identify trends, insights, and optimize strategies for enhanced acquisition performance
  • Manage the acquisition budget effectively, monitoring expenses, optimizing spending, and making data-driven decisions to allocate resources efficiently
  • Continuously track the effectiveness of the team and propose workflow improvements
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, assisting them in navigating day-to-day challenges and nurturing their skills

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience managing a team of 2 or more people
  • 4+ years of experience building and delivering complex PPC strategies
  • Proven track record of leading global Paid Search strategies in complex environments
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in presenting ideas and collaborating across teams
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and keep the team aligned and moving forward
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and similar tools
  • Hands-on approach and willingness to get involved in execution when needed
  • Genuine interest in keeping up with marketing developments and industry trends
  • High level of autonomy and ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively

  • From 4300 EUR/month. Salary offers are based on the candidate's experience. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
