Private Credit BPA & Technology Adoption Manager

Alter Domus Lithuania, UAB
3670 - 5400 €/m Gross

Job Description

This role will deliver data analytics to enable Business Process Automation and Tech Adoption across the Private Credit organisation. The individual will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and our automation strategy translating operational datasets (often built natively as part of the job) into actionable insight that drive delivery of strategic benefits. The role will own the end-to-end from requirements ideation and gathering through to deployment and adoption — while embedding a culture of data-driven thinking across the function. The individual will also play a key role in the organisation's broader data strategy, ensuring that analytics outputs are scalable, governed and aligned to business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing, designing and delivery of data insights and solutions, to support operational, financial and client performance monitoring across the Private Credit function
  • Translating complex business requirements into clear data models, analytical frameworks and visualisation outputs using appropriate tools. Knowledge pf tools such as Power BI, Power Platform or equivalent platforms highly encouraged
  • Owning the end-to-end delivery of analytics use cases, from requirements definition and data sourcing through to testing, deployment and post-launch optimisation
  • Conducting advanced data analysis to identify trends, anomalies and opportunities, providing insight and recommendations to senior management and functional leadership
  • Ensuring that all analytics outputs are underpinned by robust data quality controls, clear data lineage and consistent definitions aligned to enterprise data governance standards
  • Partnering with data and technology teams to ensure that PC data infrastructure supports the evolving analytical needs of the business
  • On ad hoc basis, ddentifying and escalating data quality issues, driving timely remediation and embedding preventative controls within upstream data processes
  • Engaging with senior business stakeholders to understand their data and insight needs, translating requirements into prioritised delivery roadmaps
  • Presenting analytical findings and BI outputs to senior management in a clear, compelling and accessible way, enabling confident, evidence-based decision-making
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on data and analytics matters, providing guidance and challenge to business stakeholders on how best to leverage available data assets
  • Mentoring Private Credit automation champions with focus on data-first, high-performance culture with a strong emphasis on technical excellence, professional development and continuous improvement
  • Bringing strong capability in Python, SQL and BI tooling through structured learning programmes and on-the-job coaching
  • Driving adoption of best practices in analytics engineering, including version control, code documentation, testing frameworks and modular pipeline design

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a data analytics, business intelligence or data management role, ideally within financial services or asset management
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver end-to-end BI solutions, from requirements gathering through to deployment and user adoption
  • Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, pipeline development and automation highly desirable
  • Hands-on experience with BI and data visualisation tools, such as Power BI or Tableau, including development of complex, multi-layered dashboards and reporting solutions
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks and enterprise data management principles
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect data insight to commercial and operational outcomes in a meaningful way
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present complex analytical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences at senior level
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic, high-ownership environment, managing competing priorities across multiple concurrent workstreams

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with private credit, fund administration or alternative investments is advantageous but not essential
