Job Description
- Develop and maintain Celonis process mining tool and framework
- Drive development and implementation of process mining tool
- Analyze Business Process performance, compare with best practice and identify improvement initiatives on a continual basis
- Recommend appropriate approach for realizing process improvements
- Maintain, develop and provide training in core Process mining competency areas
Main tasks:
- Celonis process mining tool
- Responsible for developing and maintaining process mining methodology and guidelines, including necessary tools and templates
- Develop and maintain a single process mining repository for Yara EBS
- Responsible for provision of Process Performance reporting
- Responsible for process analysis within the Business Process domain
- Actively identify improvement areas based on best practices both from an end-to-end and functional perspective
- Support continuous process improvement by working closely with all teams in EBS

- Measure, track and report effects from process improvements
- Develop and maintain a competency in process mining design, analysis and reporting
- Develop, train and grow internal skills in Process mining design, analytics and management
- Facilitate training of resources in the process mining area
- Participate in projects
- Contribute to Business Process related projects and change
- Contribute to solution design within the process area
Requirements
- Expert in process governance and improvement frameworks
- Experience from business process analysis and optimization and related change management
- Familiar with balancing cross-functional business initiatives
- SAP knowledge and logic behind existing SAP flows in different markets would be a big plus
- Understanding of data analysis and ability to work with different databases (SQL, MySQL) would be a big plus
- Degree, preferably Master (minimum Bachelor), within Business Administration/Engineering/Computer Science
- Long relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education
- Pronounced, self-driven and proven capabilities in identifying, initiating, engaging, and managing change across the enterprise
- Strategic thinker and innovator, team-player, proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic
- Professional attitude towards colleagues and external parties across different cultures and professions
- Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
- English (fluent written and spoken) communication skills
