Providing technical support during product/service sales process by:
Answering product usage and configuration queries,
Supporting customers during system evaluation process,
Conducting trainings and presentations.
Analysing business and technical requirements to achieve key solutions for customer needs,
Preparing solution documentation, including technical specifications and user manuals,
Creating materials for publishing articles,
Preparing and configuring the demo environment for presentations (including determining possible scenarios),
Co-organizing and conducting webinars, presentations, conferences,
Preparing scope of the projects and their quotations,
Preparing and conducting product technical trainings,
Implementing software products and related services,
Run product consultations with internal team and customers.
Requirements
Min 1-2 years of experience on similar position,
Scripting skills. PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, Deluge, or similar,
DB querying skills with SQL (MSSQL, PostgreSQL),
Independence and commitment,
Basic project management skills,
Understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into specific implementation solutions, business knowledge,
Native Lithuanian speaker and fluent English communication skills,
Cat. B driving license.
Nice to have:
Software implementation experience would be a big advantage,
Technology knowledge in below areas:
Active Directory,
IT Security and monitoring,
ITSM and Asset management.
