Product Designer (CRO & Delivery)

Tesonet Global, UAB
4000 - 5600 €/m Gross
Occasional remote work possibility

Job Description

You diagnose before you design. You ask "why" before you open Figma, separate symptoms from root problems, and own the outcome, not just the handoff. You can run a full design process on a large project and you can design for conversion on the next, working closely with our CRO team to turn ideas into testable hypotheses. You back your decisions with research, analytics, and test results rather than taste, and you're comfortable pushing back on "just make this" requests. You communicate trade-offs clearly to all stakeholders.

  • Own the end-to-end design process across projects, from problem framing to measurable outcome, including large redesigns of our brands' publishing experience
  • Diagnose the real problem behind requests, redirect "make this" into "solve this," and present evidence-backed solutions
  • Design for conversion: clear hierarchy, obvious CTAs, optimised forms and funnel-stage UI, with a clear sense of what you're optimising and why
  • Work with our CRO team to shape A/B test hypotheses, then design the variants, read the results, and feed learnings back into the design system
  • Use data (analytics, heatmaps, test results) to drive design iterations, not opinion
  • Contribute components to the design system with rationale and documentation, and help prevent drift under conversion pressure
  • Frame your work in business language, connecting design choices to funnel impact and conversion uplift
  • Use AI tools in your workflow to move faster without lowering the bar
  • Help shape and improve the team's design and experimentation processes

Requirements

  • Solid UX/UI background with a portfolio of shipped work backed by data, plus a clean, refined eye for aesthetics
  • Strong command of Figma and experience working with and contributing to design systems
  • Ability to run a full design process on larger projects, not just isolated screens
  • Practical experience with A/B testing, user research, and usability testing, and comfort collaborating with a CRO team on what to test and why
  • Fluency in core conversion metrics (CTR, bounce, form completion) and the ability to design with them in mind
  • Ability to diagnose problems independently and push back on prescriptive requests without hand-holding
  • Clear communication of design decisions and trade-offs to both business and technical teams, across all levels of seniority
  • Comfort using AI tools in your design process and reading the output critically
  • Attention to detail and the ability to deliver production-ready work
