Get ready to

• Own the product experience, from every flow, screen, and state to onboarding, core experiences, progress, metrics, practice modes, and paywalls
• Set the quality bar, making sure the product doesn’t just ship, but feels great down to the details others might miss
• Build and maintain the design system, creating a practical foundation that helps the whole team move faster
• Stay involved through implementation, reviewing what gets built and making sure the final product lives up to the design
• Drive design decisions, proposing solutions and moving forward without always waiting for detailed specs or multiple rounds of approval
• Shape the visual direction, bringing a strong point of view to how Kilo Web looks, feels, and evolves

• Bring 3+ years of product design experience, with shipped work you can walk us through in detail
• Have strong Figma craft – components, variants, tokens, and prototypes – and use it to make the team faster
• Work fast and finish. Polish matters, but so does getting great work live
• Work with a high level of autonomy, taking ownership and moving work forward without constant steering
• Take feedback directly and give it the same way

Nice to have

• Bring motion and micro-interaction design experience (nice to have)
• Bring illustration or visual identity experience (nice to have)
• Have experience with consumer, health, ed-tech, or habit-forming products (nice to have)
• Have experience being the first or only designer on a team (nice to have)
