We are looking for a high-impact Product Development Team Lead to act as our vertical’s Chief Architect. You will lead the competence center, bridging the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution while building the frameworks that allow our team to scale.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:
- Establish and optimize the frameworks for product development.
- Lead the search for new manufacturing opportunities (CN, EU, US) and provide expert support/leadership during high-stakes negotiations.
- Oversee the end-to-end launch of new products and the continuous improvement of our core portfolio (design, function, packaging).
- Act as a mentor and "Knowledge Hub," ensuring industry trends, competitor insights, and technical expertise are shared across the team.
- Sync logistics, supply chain, and brand teams to ensure seamless delivery.
