Product Implementation Engineer

We are looking for a Product Implementation Engineer to ensure a smooth and efficient transition of new products from development to production. This role acts as a key link between Product Development, Production, and IT, ensuring products are correctly configured, documented, and ready for stable manufacturing.

• Implement new products and product upgrades into production
• Ensure accurate product setup, structure and configuration across system & production processes
• Develop and maintain production documentation
• Provide hands-on support to production during product ramp-up and post-implementation phases
• Collaborate closely with Production and IT to ensure alignment between engineering data and operational system
• Assist in resolving product-related quality issues and customer complaints
• Contribute to product development projects, ensuring production readiness and manufacturability
• Assemble and test prototypes to support product and process validation

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Proven experience in product development or implementation of products into production
• Mandatory experience within a manufacturing environment
• Solid understanding of production processes, mechanical products, and components
• Experience working with ERP systems and product data management (BOM structures, configurations)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-focused working style
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and teams in an international environm
