Product Implementation Engineer / Produktų diegimo inžinierius

• Participate in implementing new products and product upgrades into production
• Help ensure accurate product setup, structure and configuration across systems and production processes
• Participation in creating and maintaining production documentation
• Provide hands-on support to production during product ramp-up and post-implementation phases
• Work closely with Production and IT to ensure alignment between engineering data and operational systems
• Assist in resolving product-related quality issues and customer complaints
• Contribute to product development projects, ensuring production readiness and manufacturability
• Participate in assembling and test prototypes to support product and process validation

• You have a technical qualification, such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline
• You have some experience working within a manufacturing environment though this is not a requirement
• You have a general understanding of production processes, mechanical products, and components
• You may have experience in product development or the introduction of new products into production
• You may have experience working with ERP systems and product data management, including BOM structures and product configurations
• You speak Lithuanian fluently and you are comfortable speaking English
• You have good collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and teams in an international environment
• You have strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• You have a structured, detail-oriented, and quality-focused way of working

For our production of solar shading products, we are looking for a skilled and eager-to-learn Product Implementation Engineer. In this role, you will ensure a smooth and efficient transition of new products from development into production.You will act as a key link between Product Development, Production and IT, making sure products are correctly configured, documented and ready for stable manufacturing. As part of our international product group, you will collaborate with colleagues across countries and functions to ensure alignment and consistency throughout the product implementation process.
