My name is Stefan Bjurström, and I am leading the Product Management team in Unified Communication (UC) Product Management and Sales Unit, Common Products and Services.
Our team is passionate about developing new services and products for our customers, excelling in customer experience and we are now looking for a like-minded Product Manager in Vilnius to join our team of Product Management UC in Product Area Communication.
Your next challenge?
We are looking for a Product Manager who will take responsibility for our UC products for enterprises in Lithuania. Products in scope are UC and Cloud Communication Solutions.
As Product Manager in UC, you will:
Have a key role in driving the realization and lifecycle management of the UC services in Lithuania in close co-operation with the Business Units and customer operations
Be responsible for defining and supporting the building of desirable, feasible, viable and sustainable products that meet our customer’s needs.
Establish an excellent collaboration with our colleagues in Telia Lithuania to ensure time to market, go to market and continuous improvement of the UC portfolio.
Be part of a global cross-border team of product area experts and work with like-minded professionals
Ensure Telia’s UC products meet the customer requirements and stay competitive in the fast-developing technology landscape
Act as a leader in the product domain across the organization
The role includes, but is not limited to:
Driving product development and offering realization based on prioritized roadmap
Driving and securing quality, efficiency, security and profitability of the product
Ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the customer journey
Owning product documentation

Your experience:
Product development and product lifecycle management
Customer operations and customer requirement management
Experience in frame works such as SAFe, Lean and Agile way of working
Experience in telecom operator UC and mobile products
Understanding of networking technologies
Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field such as communications engineering, network technologies, ICT, computer science, etc.
Fluent English and Lithuanian (written and spoken)

We offer a monthly base salary from 2650 – 3980 Eur gross plus annual bonuses, depending on your competencies, your and Telia results. Additionally, each Telia Global Services Lithuania employee receives additional employee benefits package which includes:
