Product Manager

YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS WILL BE:

• Be a customer advocate, proactively engage in understanding customers’ needs and pain points, providing solutions to their problems;
• Recognize, understand, and document business and market needs;
• Working with the IT team to translate customer needs into features and functionalities;
• Drive technical partnerships with 3rd party providers to ensure completion of agreed projects within time and budget;
• Create and manage product roadmap, to ensure we prioritize features and services, required most by business and market;
• Identify, manage, control, and mitigate risks;
• Motivate the team by being a role model for your colleagues;
• Enjoy challenges in everyday work.

WE EXPECT YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field;
• A proven track record of successful product management initiatives;
• Understanding of product development principles and practices;
• Have experience working with cross-functional and customer-facing teams;
• Flexibility to adapt to fast-changing business environment;
• Great verbal and written communication and advanced time management skills;
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English languages (spoken and written);
• Sense of ownership;
• Knowledge of logistics products, parcel network strategies, and eCommerce would be a huge advantage.
