Product Manager (Web Scraper APIs)

Tesonet Global, UAB
5000 - 6500 €/m Gross

Job Description

We’re a team of 500+ professionals who develop cutting-edge proxy and web data scraping solutions for thousands of the world’s best known businesses, including Fortune 500 companies.

What’s in store for you:

You’ll be developing complex products with high coding standards, maintaining our own infrastructure, handling petabytes of data, and solving challenges on a daily basis. We got you covered with a team of strong professionals to support you, a well-built tech stack, and loads of ownership.

Are you passionate about building developer-loved API products that solve real-world data challenges at scale? Do you want to shape the future of web data collection and help top enterprises—from Fortune 500 companies to fast-growing tech startups—get the data they need to compete? At Oxylabs, we're looking for a Product Manager to own and evolve our Web Scraper API product portfolio.

The team waiting for you:

In this role, you will define the product vision and roadmap for our core scraping API suite—including SERP, E-commerce, and Web Scraper APIs—and drive their growth across technical buyers, data engineers, and enterprise clients. You'll work at the intersection of deep technical complexity and strong commercial impact.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Own the Product Vision: Define the strategy and roadmap for Oxylabs' Web Scraper API suite, balancing developer experience, data quality, reliability, and enterprise-grade scalability.
  • Drive API Excellence: Continuously improve API design, documentation, and usability so that integrating Oxylabs feels effortless for developers and data teams.
  • Understand the Customer Deeply: Engage directly with enterprise buyers, data engineers, and technical users to uncover pain points, discover new use cases, and validate product decisions.
  • Partner with Engineering: Collaborate tightly with engineering teams to architect solutions, define technical requirements, and ship high-quality API improvements at pace.
  • Grow Adoption & Revenue: Track and optimize key product metrics—API usage volume, customer retention, expansion revenue, and time-to-first-successful-call.
  • Shape the Competitive Positioning: Monitor the web scraping and data extraction landscape to identify market trends, competitive gaps, and differentiation opportunities.
  • Influence the Roadmap: Work with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to translate customer feedback and market signals into prioritized product decisions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in product management, with a track record of building and growing API-first or developer-facing B2B products.
  • Comfortable with REST APIs, data formats (JSON, HTML), and the fundamentals of web infrastructure—enough to have credible conversations with engineers and technical customers.
  • Proven ability to connect technical product decisions to business outcomes—pricing, packaging, adoption, and revenue growth.
  • Ability to work with usage telemetry, cohort analysis, and customer data to make confident, evidence-based product decisions.
  • Experience running structured discovery with technical users and translating messy, contradictory feedback into clear product direction.
  • Able to write crisp specs, present convincingly to stakeholders, and keep diverse teams aligned across timezones.
  • High ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and a bias toward shipping and learning in a fast-paced environment.

Company offers

  • Gross salary: 5000 - 6500 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
  • Growth & Learning: 40+ internal learning options, external conferences, mentorship, and year-round knowledge-sharing.
  • Health & Well-being: Private health insurance, psychotherapy, on-site well-being consultants, 24/7 gym access, and a wellness app.
  • Celebration & Community: Team events, an overseas workation, quarterly team-building budgets, and plenty of ways to mark milestones together.
  • Plus bonus vacation days, paid life-moment days off, barista coffee, and all the tools you need.
