Job Description

You will be a part of an ambitious team which is building a new business platform for new creators.  As a Product Owner, you will be working with IT and legal departments, actively communicating and partnering up with freelance creators as well as analyzing current trends on the internet. Also, you will have a team of specialists to help you make your ideas come true and bring the best possible value.

Main responsibilities:

• Development of a business platform (both from the IT and business side) to attract new creators:
  
  • Vision and strategy development and cooperation with IT team in the platform development process
  
  
  • Cooperation with lawyers on legal and licensing questions
  
  
  • Platform testing
  
  
  • Automatization of new creators onboarding process
  
  
  • Development of business processes
  
  


• Active communication and partnership with freelance creators and other companies


• Team management:
  
  • Creation and execution of team goals
  
  
  • Analysis and management of the created content
  
  
  • Team expansion - as needed
  
  





Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in similar position


• Previous experience in project management, business analysis and IT field


• Experience in sales would be considered a great advantage


• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)


• Personal qualities: great communication skills and drive to accomplish best results
