Product Owner

Kilo grupė, UAB
4000 - 6000 €/m Gross
Occasional remote work possibility

Job Description

Kiloverse is the operational force that helps ventures grow – building the systems, teams, and infrastructure that turn ideas into scalable businesses. Behind every fast-growing product, there’s a group of people who think like owners, act fast, and execute with precision.

Here, you’ll find people who want to break big in their careers – working side by side with entrepreneurs and founders to build ventures that redefine the health, wellness, beauty, or travel industries.

Wordletic is a CEFR-aligned language learning app (A1–C2) built around a distinctive method: short audio warm-up sessions with hypnosis and meditation that prime the learner, followed by structured lessons. We’re a small, fast-moving consumer-subscription business that acquires most customers through performance marketing channels. The product is live on iOS and Android with a growing content library across multiple languages.

Get ready to own

  • The product roadmap. You decide what gets built next and why, and you defend those choices against how people actually use the product.
  • The team. You shape how the product and engineering team looks and works – who we need, how we’re structured, and how we raise the level of execution as we grow.
  • Day-to-day product and tech execution. You run the delivery engine – turning direction into shipped work, unblocking, reviewing, and holding the bar on how things get built.
  • A product people love. The bar is not “shipped,” it’s “great.” You own the quality of the user experience end to end and are relentless about it.
  • Prioritisation under constraint. You make the call on what’s worth building versus what’s a distraction, and prioritize the work according to the impact the feature will have.
  • Usage and engagement. These are your numbers – activation, session depth, feature adoption, habit formation, retention. You live in Amplitude, find where users drop or disengage, form a hypothesis, ship a change, and read the result.
  • The backlog and delivery cadence. You translate strategy into well-specified work that the engineering team can move on and execute.

Requirements

  • Be a hands-on operator who has run product and engineering execution day to day – you’ve owned delivery, not just direction, and you can point to things you shipped and shipped well.
  • Have experience shaping and building a product/engineering team: knowing who to hire, how to structure the work, and how to lift the level of execution.
  • Have a track record of building products people genuinely love – you hold a high bar on quality and can point to something you made meaningfully better.
  • Be comfortable living in product analytics: Amplitude or similar, reading usage, engagement, and retention to decide what to build and whether it worked. You don’t need an analyst to tell you if a change landed.
  • Have strong product judgment and the ability to operate with autonomy. This role exists to take decisions off the founder’s plate, not to add a layer that needs steering.
  • Have clear, tight specs. You can turn a strategic goal into work that a small engineering team executes without churn.
  • Have bias to action and comfort with ambiguity – you’ll often decide with incomplete information and correct fast.

Nice to have

  • Experience in language learning, ed-tech, or habit-forming daily-use apps.
  • A strong design and UX sensibility – you notice when something feels off and care about the details.
  • Exposure to content-heavy products and localisation across multiple markets.

Company offers

  • Own your wellness Stay sharp and well in your own way – health insurance (after probation), on-site physiotherapist, office gym, and fitness classes keep you moving. Plus 7 extra days off, 3 for weddings, hybrid work, and the freedom to work 2 months from anywhere in the world.
  • Boost your daily life Every breakthrough needs a spark, and our daily setup reflects that. Pet-friendly office, fresh breakfasts, hot lunches, drawers and fridges stocked with snacks and food – for a quick bite or even a team-cooked meal together. Rooftop and cellar events keep things lively, while 10 social clubs give space to dive into passions and try new things. Add a public transport card for Vilnius and Perks.lt perks for smoother days.
  • Shape your growth path Builders never stop learning. Coaching, mentorship, training, conferences, online courses, subscriptions, books – you’ve got a €1100 yearly budget to fuel personal or team growth. You pick the path – we’ll back you all the way.
  • Drive global impact This is where ambition scales. Build impact across 30+ brands worldwide. Launch bold projects. Even step in as a co-founder – we reward those who push further. And if you bring in more great people, you get €1500 for every successful referral.
