Daily Tasks • New product launch management:

Co-ordinate product entry into the market
- Making sure that the deadlines are fulfilled
- Identifying potential problems and proposing solutions
- Scaling problems when they may affect the launch date
- New launch measure according to company procedures

Packages consolidation

Contacts / Cooperation

Within the company:

Cooperate with other employees of the Employer (e.g. Business Unit Managers, Regulatory Affairs Managers, Key Account Managers, Supply Chain department, Product managers, Medical Manager, etc.)
Maintain constant relations with the Regional Product Portfolio Division and launch teams
Supply Chain Europe

Additional Functions

Identify commercial opportunities based on the legal, regulatory or any other issues
Be involved in budget planning
Prepare job reports and submit them to the line manager

Reikalavimai

University degree
1+ years’ experience at an international pharmaceutical organization
Fluency in English and Lithuanian – verbally and in writing
Comprehensive view and knowledge on pharmaceutical market in Lithuania
Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with market data, flair with numbers and figures and modern tools of business analysis
Good communication skills

Preferred

University degree in the field of medicine/pharmacy/biology/chemistry
Comprehensive view and knowledge on pharmaceutical market in the Baltics
Proven track record in project launch, management and execution
Cross cultural experience
Experience in a matrix organization
Some knowledge in regulatory affairs, management and marketing

Salary range for the position: 2580 – 3230 Euro gross monthly
