Given over 200 clients we support worldwide, we have opened our specialized Tech Hub in Croatia and Philippines. A collective of amazing people who brainstorm, learn, teach, support each other, find solutions, eat, drink and party together! The croatian office and Tech Hub has grown to 75 employees in just 3 years and we keep growing (try and stop us!). Your Mission: Grow product and platform maturity for operations and client expectation, with tech collaboration with vendor

Our Mission: Assure CX, solution and operations success for our Clients and their expectation, by proactive and collective collaboration with client, Transcom SMEs, operations, and our global partner vendors.

• As our hands-on vendor platform tech expert assure vendor performance, escalations, relations and influence future roadmap

Professional qualifications/Specific knowledge:

• Minimum studies: College/University degree
• Specific training and/or work experience in: a technical or analytical background, maybe as a platform or product specialist or owner, architect, developer, analyst and are used to work directly and independently with internal/external customers. Direct experience of driving digital growth or transformation in customer service, CRM, marketing (good to have)
• Post-Graduate Studies in: N/A

Information technology:

• Google Suite: Intermediate (power user)
• Microsoft Office: Intermediate (power user)
• Job Specific software: Conversational AI platforms. It is also recommended to have at least a basic code knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON and understanding of REST API’s.

Languages:

• English verbal and written: English language C1/C2 level
• Additional Language skills: Apart from English, it is beneficial to have at least 1 more native European language (B1 or higher) such as German, Spanish, Italian
