Production and logistics manager

Job description:
We are seeking for person which are skilled and having experience in leading furniture production.
Planning production and material flow together with customers orders.

• Working with managers to implement the company's strategies and goals;
• Working with improvements in production process and implementing quality-control;
• Drawing up a production schedule and organizing human resources;
• Supervising a team, reviewing their performance and identifying needs;
• Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.

• 3-5 years successful work experience in production management;
• Knowledge and work experience in furniture industry or manufacturing would be an advantage;
• Proven project management skills;
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills;
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English languages (spoken, written, and oral);
• Computer literacy skills;
• Technical minded, organized, methodical and analytical approach;
• Strong leadership and team building skills: diplomatic, precise and strict, able to motivate others.
• Good interpersonal skills: communicative, team player.
