Job Description

As Production Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of managing the production within the business.
Lead, develop and inspire the production team.
Manage Department of 50+ staff
Have the ability to introduce and develop good business systems and processes.
Supervise and plan recruitment of the best and most suitable people within each area of production.
Maintain and improve production scheduling.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of business and have a successful manufacturing background.
You must show proven success throughout your career and demonstrate the ability to plan and drive production efficiency.
Excellent communication skills
Excellent people management and leadership skills

Company offers

Salary £40,000 to £50,000 depending on experience
