
Project Assistant
Job Description
Your role will be to provide virtual support to Festo Live Market Communication department (located in Germany) and, as part of the team, administrate and coordinate various project activities. The essence of your role will be daily communication and collaboration with colleagues across the company and business partners. This position presents a unique opportunity to gain international experience, acquire new skills and competencies while working in dynamic and professional environment.
- Organise, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings
- Support planning of live and virtual events
- Support after event activity: Lead Management
- Support preparation of presentations, reports and documents
- Administration of communication and collaboration platforms
- Handle daily communication with internal colleagues and business partners
Requirements
- Strong English language skills
- MS Office proficiency
- Strong communicator and highly organized
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- Team player with hands-on mentality
- Responsible and professional
