Job Description

Are you motivated to be working on the frontline of the renewable energy business? And would you like to assist with building up and managing our pipeline of solar and wind energy in Lithuania? Then come join us as a Project Assistant!

 European Energy is a green company with exponential growth. We develop, construct, and operate projects within solar- (PV) and wind farms globally, as well as Power-to-X.  European Energy is a Danish privately owned company founded in 2004. We are with all the way from development, construction, operation, and selling of wind- and photovoltaic (PV) farms on land as well as on sea globally. Further, we work with the development of future energy solutions, e.g. Power-to-X. We have a solid collaboration with local stakeholders and want to involve all parts of the process.

As our new Project Assistant, you will work from our office in Vilnius supporting European Energy’s business in Lithuania. You will be part of our Project Department, which handles the development of our projects globally. Our project pipeline in Lithuania is in rapid growth and you will be hands-on in many technical aspects with the opportunity to develop professionally and take on more responsibility over time.


 As our new Project Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring that the technical documents related to our projects are updated and you will assist in answering technical questions from our colleagues and external stakeholders. With more and bigger projects, we need to increase our control of procedures and documents.



  • Assist with our projects and ensure that we are well coordinated and on top of all the issues relevant to the development and construction.
  • Be a part of the design process in the construction phases to make sure that we progress efficiently.
  • Support colleagues on daily development and scouting tasks.
  • Control ongoing processes.
  • Evaluation of received documents.
  • Preparation of documents.
  • Communication with stakeholders.



  • You hold a bachelor's degree or equal in engineering, real estate management, or similar.
  • You have 2+ years of relevant working experience.
  • You speak Lithuanian and English fluently.
  • You are an expert user of MS Office.
  • You know GIS.
  • It is an advantage if you have experience using Microsoft Projects and AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of construction law, territory planning requirements, and processes would be considered an advantage.
