Job Description

We are with all the way from development, construction, operation, and selling of wind- and photovoltaic (PV) farms on land as well as on sea globally. As our new Project Assistant, you will work from our office in Vilnius supporting European Energy’s business in Lithuania. You will be part of our Project Department, which handles the development of our projects globally. Our project pipeline in Lithuania is in rapid growth and you will be hands-on in many technical aspects with the opportunity to develop professionally and take on more responsibility over time.

 

 As our new Project Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring that the technical documents related to our projects are updated and you will assist in answering technical questions from our colleagues and external stakeholders. With more and bigger projects, we need to increase our control of procedures and documents.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with our projects and ensure that we are well coordinated and on top of all the issues relevant to the development and construction.
  • Be a part of the design process in the construction phases to make sure that we progress efficiently.
  • Support colleagues on daily development and scouting tasks.
  • Control ongoing processes.
  • Evaluation of received documents.
  • Preparation of documents.
  • Communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

 

  • You hold a bachelor's degree or equal in engineering, real estate management, or similar.
  • You have 2+ years of relevant working experience.
  • You speak Lithuanian and English fluently.
  • You are an expert user of MS Office.
  • You know GIS.
  • It is an advantage if you have experience using Microsoft Projects and AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of construction law, territory planning requirements, and processes would be considered an advantage.
