PROJECT ASSISTANT OFFSHORE (F/M/D) | IGNITIS RENEWABLES

We are looking for a colleague who would contribute to the efficient and effective execution of the Offshore wind development project by providing administrative, analytical, and organizational support to the project team. Your key areas of responsibility will be:

• Analyze various data to generate insightful reports and progress updates
• Contribute to the project team's ability to make well-informed decisions by providing insights from collected data
• Assist project managers in documentation preparation for the various project committees
• Manage logistical aspects of the project, like arranging transportation and accommodations
• Coordinate, organize and facilitate team meetings, also record and distribute meeting minutes
• Help in task coordination: assign tasks and track progress
• Assist in monitoring project costs to ensure adherence to budget constraints
• Offer support and guidance to team members, ensuring they have the resources they need to carry out their tasks effectively.

• Have a higher education and a minimum of 1 year of professional experience on a complex project in a role that involved project management responsibilities or active participation as a full-time team member
• Have strong organizational and time management skills
• Have strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
• Have excellent critical-thinking abilities, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Have an understanding in project management processes
• Demonstrate proficiency in English and Lithuanian languages at a B2 level or above
• Can work independently and make independent decisions when called for and on fast-paced complex projects
• An advantage: previous experience in a junior project management role.
